Newcastle United hope to finalise a deal for Lille defender Mathieu Debuchy today.
Le Sport 10 says Debuchy will be sold to Toon today with Lille president Michel Seydoux expecting a new offer of €8 million delivered by the Northeast club.
Newcastle's last offer was for €6 million plus bonuses, which was rejected by Seydoux.
Debuchy is desperate to see the deal closed.
