Leyton Orient manager Andy Hessenthaler hailed on-loan Bournemouth winger Harry Cornick after their draw with Carlisle United.
The Bournemouth youngster fired Orient 2-1 ahead, but Carlisle grabbed a late equaliser thanks to Danny Grainger's penalty.
"Harry's a great kid to work with and it was a bit of individual brilliance for the goal," Hessenthaler said.
"He's a real handful and is excellent off the ball as well. He's come from a Premier League club and we know."
