Son Heung-min says he has not arrived at Bayer Leverkusen to replace Andre Schurrle.
The South Korean striker was unveiled by Bayer at a press conference on Wednesday, along with Robbie Kruse and Giulio Donati, and quickly told reporters that he is not trying to emulate what Chelsea signing Schurrle achieved at the club.
"There is no need to speak about Andre Schurrle, he is now a Chelsea player and I am here," the former Hamburg attacker said.
"The three of us (myself, Donati and Kruse) are all Bayer Leverkusen players now and therefore, there is no need to speak about Andre Schurrle.
"All we need to do now is perform on the pitch."
