Sunderland are closing in on the signing of Jeremain Lens according to reports.

It is believed that Dynamo Kyiv general director Rezo Chehonolidze has said a deal with the Black Cats for the Dutch winger is '80 per cent agreed'.

Lens has been heavily linked with a move to Wearside since Dick Advocaat took the reins on a permanent basis and according to reports, the 27-year-old will soon complete his move to the Stadium of Light.

Lens has plenty of experience under Advocaat having played for his compatriot at both AZ Alkmaar and PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Eredivisie.
