Leicester City are taking a close look at former Bayern Munich goalkeeper Michael Rensing.
The Daily Mail says Rensing is going on trial with ambitious Leicester City.
The 26-year-old former Germany U21 international has been without a club since leaving Bayern in the summer and is a free agent.
He has had interest from Premier League sides West Ham United and Wigan Athletic but has been tempted by Sven Goran Eriksson's blueprint for Leicester who re-signed another goalkeeper Carl Ikeme from Wolves on Friday on a month's loan.
