Leicester City have been told they must cough up big to land Burnley defender James Tarkowski.
The Daily Mail says they will have to pay at least £40m to land Tarkowski.
Leicester have identified Clarets centre back Tarkowski as one of their targets if they lose Harry Maguire.
Maguire is wanted by Manchester United and Manchester City with the Foxes holding out for a minimum of £90m for the England regular, which would be a new world record fee for a centre back.
Burnley will want around half of that sum from Leicester in order to part with Tarkowski, 26, who has made over 100 appearances since moving to Turf Moor from Brentford in 2016.
