Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is convinced they can enjoy a top seven finish this season.

He pinpoints the partnership of skipper Wes Morgan and Robert Huth, who returned from suspension, as key to the Foxes' form as they registered a second win in 10 games against West Ham.

“I don't think we have lost when we have gone ahead this season and it goes to show how we resilient we can be," said Schmeichel.

“I have two awesome man mountains in front of me who throw their bodies in the way of everything and are really good talkers. The full-backs as well are doing everything to keep a clean sheet so it is teamwork.

“We are seven points off seventh. I'm quite confident in everyone at this club that we can have a good season."
