Claudio Ranieri has revealed he is ready to return to the management caper.

The Italian was unceremoniously dumped by Leicester City last month despite guiding the Foxes to the 2015/16 Premier League title.

Speaking as a guest pundit on BT Sport for the Champions League clash between Juventus and Barcelona, Ranieri said he was keen on a return.

"I'm ready (to go back into management)," he said.

Quizzed on whether or not that would be in the Premier League, he added: "Why not? I am a European manager, no?

"Where there is a good project I am ready."
