Leicester City fullback Paul Konchesky enjoys playing for manager Nigel Pearson.

The 33-year-old defender said there was another side to Pearson that the public do not see.

"He comes across as a hard man, and he can be," said Konchesky to the Leicester Mercury.

"Don't get me wrong, he will tell you if things are out of place, but he is a big teddy bear really."
