Leicester forward Iheanacho praying for more goals next season

Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho wants to score even more goals in the coming Premier League season.

The 24-year-old forward netted 12 times in the Premier League last term, while laying on two assists for his teammates.

Iheanacho and the rest of Leicester's first team stars are preparing for the new season under the guidance of coach Brendan Rodgers.

When interviewed by LCFC TV, Iheanacho spoke about his ambitions for the upcoming season.

"Obviously, I scored goals last season," he said.

"I think, this season, we really need do more and focus on our games. I have a good feeling that, this season, it might fall for us and we'll get what we want.

"As I said before, we need to concentrate and focus on the games one after the other and hopefully we'll get there in the end.

"I pray for more goals, but most importantly, more wins and more points."
