Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has hailed the form of Harvey Barnes.
Barnes scored in last night's win against Leeds.
Rodgers said, "Harvey Barnes has been great. He was up against a tough opponent [in Thursday's win against Leeds]. Their right-back was strong and aggressive. Harvey was outstanding, he gets a goal and is always in there. He is a real catalyst for us, I'm delighted for him.
On his England chances the manager also said: "Harvey can only keep performing and playing well and see where it takes him. He has had some really good moments in games and has been excellent.
"Defensively, at times, he has not been as solid as we want him to be, but he's still a really important player for us and when at top of his game he's a handful and a real threat.
"Every England player will see the national team as an ambition. Get consistency at this level at your club and the door can hopefully open for you."
