Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has spoken of his pride regarding the performances of star winger Riyad Mahrez this season.
Mahrez has been in sensational form for the Foxes, scoring 17 goals as well as providing 11 assists and such exploits has led to the Algerian international winning the PFA Player of the Year award.
Evidently, Mahrez has been crucial to Leicester's unlikely title charge as well and Foxes boss Ranieri has stated that he has been left very proud of his star winger's achievements this term.
"I'm very proud," said Ranieri, speaking at the London launch of the partnership between the Premier League and TAG Heuer.
"Every time he asks me 'what I can do to improve more?' That is fantastic.
"He's a genius, he's our light. But I want to say also [that] all our players are fantastic because they are doing a fantastic season [and have been] very, very good professionally."
