Leicester boss Nigel Pearson believes the Foxes will struggle to reach the Championship play-offs after losing to struggling Bristol City. A 3-2 reverse at Ashton Gate leaves Pearson's side still seven points adrift.
Asked about the extent of the challenge now facing Leicester, Pearson said: "It's massive. It was big before the game, now we have given ourselves an awful lot to do.
"Going into a game where we know the margin for error for us is so slight now for us, to give away three goals like that is not good enough. We were very, very careless.
"We have been fighting so hard to make ground but to lose in the fashion that we have is very frustrating and disappointing."
