Leeds United have called a press conference for Friday morning where it is expected they will announce the takeover of the club.
Bahraini investment bank GFH Capital will confirm their 100% investment of the Elland Road club which was suggested at the end of last month.
GFH Capital will purchase Leeds for £52million with Leeds director David Haigh, GFH's deputy chief executive, to be joined on the board by three more of the Middle East consortium's representatives.
