Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw was full of pride after making his full Premier League debut against Leicester City.
Speaking of the game, which ended 1-1 as Harvey Barnes quickly cancelled out Raphinha's opener, Forshaw said to LUTV: "The performance was really good so we'll be slightly disappointed we didn't get three points. I think if we continue to play like that: the intensity, second balls, we'll pick up points definitely yeah.
"They usually are [high-intensity games] especially at Elland Road the way we play, high intensity everybody knows. We're quite exciting at times I think and it was an open game. Yeah, I think maybe we could have ran away with the points."
Asked about how he felt to return to the starting line-up after so long away, the midfielder had a lot of people to thank.
"Yeah, I'm pleased. I'd just like to say a massive, massive thank you to Rob Price and his team, the strength and conditioning coaches, the manager, the way he's managed me throughout the summer, my family, my wife [for] putting up with me and keeping me busy on days when it was tough. I'm thankful to everybody."
