Leeds United veteran Adam Forshaw is currently rated as a doubt for their FA Cup clash with Cardiff City.

Whites coach Jesse Marsch spoke about the fitness of Forshaw, who did play their last two Premier League games of 2022.

He was not involved in the draw with West Ham United on Wednesday, with the 31-year-old struggling with injury problems all season.

“We had a little procedure done with him today that we think is a couple days and then we'll see how he recovers," Marsch stated post-game.

“It's his hip that is causing him some issues.

“We're hopeful, it's like a little shot that can help loosen things up and hopefully help him with the pain."
