Leeds United boss Simon Grayson admits he was disappointed after defeating Darlington 2-1 in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy earlier this week.
Grayson says he wants to maintain a high standard no matter what competition his team is playing in and admitted to being left frustrated and disappointed by the performance, especially as it was at home.
"I don't care if it is the JP Trophy or the Champions League, I have high standards and certain individuals did not meet those standards, " he said.
"Players get paid decent money to work hard and perform and, when you get an opportunity you should grasp it and make it hard for the manager to leave you out.
"I was hugely disappointed with certain individuals. It was a game we could have won by three, four, or five goals. We got two goals but then we totally took our foot off the gas. Half the crowd probably fell asleep in the second half."
