Le Havre are furious with Chelsea after their deal for Malang Sarr collapsed on transfer deadline day.
Foot Mercato says Le Havre had reached an agreement with Sarr and the medical check had been completed before the deal fell through shortly before the transfer deadline on Thursday.
Even the contract until 2026, with a significantly lower salary than at Chelsea, was signed before the Londoners backed out at the last second and did not submit the necessary documents.
Le Havre have since reacted with outrage.
Sarr has not yet been named to the squad at Chelsea this season; the central defender spent last season on loan at AS Monaco.
