Lazio training has been canceled today amid claims coach Maurizio Sarri has offered his resignation.

TMW says Sarri did not receive the right feedback from the team after yesterday's defeat against Udinese.

Sarri informed the squad he would be offering his resignation and their silence was enough to lead him to make the drastic decision.

The players did not oppose his farewell, but they also did not insist on him staying and for this reason Sarri has decided to push to leave.

At this point Lazio must decide whether to accept Sarri's resignation or reject it, with the coach not even holding a last meeting with the team, scheduled for today at 3pm before training, which has now been postponed.
