Lazio won't panic should new goalkeeper signing Juan Pablo Carrizo fail to be granted an EU passport.

The Argentine is waiting on being awarded an Italian passport and Lazio president Claudio Lotito said: "If Carrizo joins as a non-European, then we won't be found to be unprepared.

"We will move quickly to adjust to the situation."
