Lazio are struggling to come up with the funds needed to sign permanently Manchester City striker Rolando Bianchi.
Bianchi, 25, has scored just four goals at Lazio since his January loan switch and Rome sources say the Serie A club want to renegotiate the fee City is demanding to sign him outright.
