Lazio president Claudio Lotito has dismissed talk of selling Hernanes this week.
PSG have been linked with the Brazilian.
"Hernanes is a great player and a great talent, so therefore Lazio do not have him on the market," Lotito told Sport Mediaset.
"We are not looking for buyers, but if any offers do arrive then we will evaluate them at that moment."
When asked about a reported 17m proposal from Inter, the President scoffed.
"They can buy his left foot for that. We are talking about a player who is not for sale."
