Lazio president Claudio Lotito refuses to budge on his price for West Ham target Felipe Anderson.
The Mirror says West Ham have been told they must meet Lazio's £35million valuation of Anderson in full to land the Brazilian winger.
The Serie A club have turned down two offers from the Hammers for the 25-year-old, with their latest bid of £28million up front and £5million in add-ons.
But Lazio are refusing to lower their asking price because they must pay Anderson's former club Santos a 20% cut of any fee.
Talks are continuing between the two clubs, with West Ham already having an agreement with Anderson in place.
