Lazio chairman Claudio Lotito says there is no truth in the Italians being interested in Rangers striker Boyd. The Serie A side have been linked with a move for Boyd, with general manager Igli Tare saying: "It's true. Boyd is a very, very effective player and we are well aware of his situation in Glasgow."

But Lotito claims he has never heard of the 25-year-old - he told the Daily Mail: "Who is Kris Boyd? This is the first time I have heard this name. Nothing will happen with him."
