Lazio coach Sarri hints at January market wish

Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri has hinted he wants new additions made in January.

Sarri was asked about his plans after last night's defeat to Juventus.

He said, “We haven't talked to anyone about the transfer market. Historically Lazio does very little in the winter transfer market, history says so. I don't think there will be massive interventions for this reason.

"I have no qualms about anyone, I watch the training sessions, I hear from the staff and then I shut myself up in my room and decide on the formation.

“I can ask for ten players but it has no meaning. The market is always a compromise between needs and possibilities, we have never talked about it until now. I would have the ideas quite clear, then if the club decides to do it in January or June it will depend on them. I have a couple of ideas I would have."
