Lazio coach Delio Rossi says he wants to remain with the Rome club long-term.

"I have never thought that my contract renewal was a problem, nor have I chased long-term deals in my career," assured Rossi.

"My focus is on getting my kind of football. If I can do that here, then great, if not then I'll go elsewhere.

"My contract is set to expire, but I really think I can stay here another 20 years, because you always have to give everything.

"I carry on because this is a long-term project, but I realise more and more as time goes on that the situation is in fact based on a 'weekly contract' based on results."
