Michael Laudrup admits there was little adjustment involved when taking charge of Swansea City.
The former Real Madrid and Barcelona star says Swansea's football culture is very similar to his own.
The Dane remarked: "Firstly, I came with a philosophy that the club has been running for the past five or six years, when the club was in the third division, the second division and now the Premier League.
"Secondly, I had experience with the same playing philosophy from the past. It was good that I did not have to start from zero.
"Thirdly, I picked up players from outside that I knew about and had worked with and who I knew would have a really great chance to adapt to this kind of football."
