Frank Lampard says Mauricio Pochettino has a big job ahead of him at Chelsea.
Pochettino has replaced caretaker manager Lampard this week.
The latter told talkSPORT this morning: "I am a big fan of Pochettino as a coach. I think he's a really good coach, but it's not about which individual it is, it's about getting a coach at the right level.
"Pochettino's history shows that he works for clubs at this level, and when he works with the players, he creates a solid identity as a team. Those things don't always happen overnight, so we have to be careful with expectations.
"There is a lot of work to be done. That's my assessment after six weeks. The collective standard has fallen."
