Frank Lampard put one Chelsea youngster through the wringer after he pranged his Peugeot into the England star's Aston Martin.
He was quick to confess to the smash and that impressed a sympathetic Lampard, who decided against asking him to pay for the repairs - which was £15,000.
A club source told the Daily Star: "Frank told him he'd have to give a coach-style speech to the senior players in a bid to boost morale.
"Then he had to sing a Chelsea chant and do a few laps of the pitch.
"The guy felt a bit embarrassed but happily did it. It was a small price to pay considering the cost of the damage."
