Tottenham midfielder Eric Lamela is likely to leave the club in the summer.

The winger has struggled for fitness since arriving at Spurs from Roma in 2013.

Despite scoring some excellent goals throughout his time at the club, and showing his quality in patches, Lamela has not nailed down a regular spot under Jose Mourinho.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Lamela wants a move to Italy.

He is considering joining either AC Milan, Roma or Napoli, with the teams speaking with the 29-year-old's representatives.

Lamela is even willing to take a pay cut to resurrect his career in Serie A.
