New Southampton manager Mark Hughes has been blessed by the poor form of his side as only six players have called up to their national teams.
That leaves a large number of Saints players at Staplewood for Hughes to work with.
The former Stoke boss has hit the ground running in his new post after winning his first game in charge on Saturday. The 2-0 win over Wigan saw the south coast club advance the FA Cup semi-finals where they will face Chelsea.
More importantly, Hughes will now have time to mould the squad to his liking for the final eight games of the season. Southampton are currently third bottom and in danger of dropping into the Championship.
Their relegation fight will take a serious turn when they take on West Ham United in London next Saturday.
