Norwich City defender Russell Martin says the fact there are no players with egos at the club has the Canaries in a good position.
The Norfolk club have surprised all by recording 39 points to be sitting 11th on the Premier League table after a double promotion over the past two seasons.
It has been a meteoric rise for the Carrow Road club and Martin suggests that attitudes have remained the same the whole way through which has allowed Norwich to flourish.
"There are no egos and I don't think the dressing room would allow any to be honest, because of the way we are together.
"We have got no superstars. There is not one player you would say is a superstar.
"We are a team and we are better as a team. We are a real unit and we work harder than a lot of teams, which is why we get a lot of success.""You have got a strong core of characters that have been here throughout the whole thing and I think the people that come in just add to that," he told the Eastern Daily Press.
