LA Galaxy star David Beckham is again under discussion for the England captaincy.

At a coaches meeting last night, Becks was being considered for the job in tomorrow's friendly against Trinidad.

It would be a huge shock if Beckham, 33, was made skipper two years after he stepped down following England's exit from the 2006 World Cup.

But Beckham has impressed boss Fabio Capello since his return to the team, says The Sun.
