LA Galaxy has shutdown all talk of a return to the Premiership for England star David Beckham.
Several clubs want the former England captain on loan until the American season resumes in April.
But LA Galaxy owner Tim Leiweke said: "It will never happen, David is our property. For David to play in England in the off-season is not in his best interests or ours."
Becks, recalled for England's Euro 2008 clash with Croatia next week, missed much of his first season in the US through injury.
Leiweke added: "He needs rest. We have to be careful he doesn't get injured again."
Becks set up a goal and played 73 minutes for Galaxy in Sunday's friendly with Minnesota.
Beckham said: "I felt good."
