Niko Kranjcar insists there's no need for panic at QPR.

QPR, in 18th place, face West Ham at Upton Park on Sunday.

"It is still the early stages," Kranjcar told the London Evening Standard. "Look at West Brom - everyone was writing them off and now they are mid-table. There is enough in the squad here to stay up."
