Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny hopes they have a busy summer market.
Arsene Wenger has already moved to address this, spending £34million on Swiss international Granit Xhaka.
“It's a disappointment, we finished second, but if you look at the whole season, we can have regrets," he said. “I think this year we had the means to compete with the other teams to win this title. But our results were inconsistent, especially in February and March when we won very few games and we took very few points.
“In England, as soon as you miss opportunities to get back to your opponents it's hard to close the gap. Some injuries hurt us for the whole season, like Cazorla, Coquelin and Danny Welbeck.
“It was tough but we have to take the positives from this season and learn from it, make a good start next season, probably with some new players that will allow us to reach another level and have more consistent results."
