Korean trialist Shin In-Sup will line up for Adelaide United in Friday night's pre-season friendly with Perth Glory.

Reds specialist coach Tony Vidmar says Shin possesses many qualities that should see him perform well in his first match since arriving over a week ago for a trial.

"So far of what we've seen he's been very good," Vidmar said of the 20-year old.

"He's technically solid, he's got a bit of pace about him and good vision when he's in possession of the ball, he doesn't give too many passes away, so he's been impressive and we'll see how he goes on Friday night."
