Manchester City skipper Vincent Kompany has warned the title is not yet sewn up.
After victory at Everton, Kompany urged caution ahead of the finale to the season.
"Ultimately it's two games at home but it doesn't mean anything," he said. "You saw the Sunderland game and how tough it was.
"Hopefully we'll just play like we can, we have a strong home record and we have goals from everywhere on the pitch."
