Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany returned to training today.

The Daily Mail says Kompany has trained with his Manchester City teammates at the Etihad Stadium this morning as he continues his rehabilitation from a groin injury.

The club captain is still unlikely to feature in tomorrow's home match with Viktoria Plzen though.
