Liverpool defender Kolo Toure hopes his performance against Real Madrid will earn him a place against Chelsea.
Chelsea's last visit to Anfield saw Jose Mourinho set his side up to frustrate an in-form Liverpool; time-wasting and defending in numbers, before punishing the Reds' individual errors.
Toure, though, thinks Saturday's game will be a different kind of contest, and says he is ready to do his bit, if called upon.
He said: "Last season, they never attacked, but this season they will attack. With the players they have they can't defend all the time. I think they will just try to score goals and we will try to score goals. It's going to be a great game, definitely.
"Every game for Liverpool you want to win and Chelsea are playing well now. When you play at home in a game like that it is going to be attacking teams. Chelsea attack and Liverpool attack as well. I think you are going to see a great game."
He added: "I'm ready for it. Any position, I am ready to fight for my club, I play from my heart, that is what is important. We want to win."
