Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Naby Keita will be "out for a while" with a hamstring injury.
The Guinea midfielder sustained the injury in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Brighton.
Speaking of Wednesday's Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid, Klopp revealed: "Naby has a hamstring injury so will be out for a while."
However, in positive news for Reds fans, Klopp added that Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho will both be available.
"Fabinho and Thiago trained completely normal and are in contention, which is good - very helpful," he added.
"Injuries in this period of the season are normal - as long as they are not too harsh we have to accept that."
