Joe Kinnear admits he's sought to spark up his Newcastle United players by demanding they row with eachother.
"The lads here are prepared to talk now," said Kinnear. "Keeping quiet is maybe a Continental thing, but everyone has to be aware what their job is.
"We used to almost have fights in the Wimbledon dressing room after some games.
"Sometimes you can hurt players' feelings, but it's all part of being a professional.
"Some of them can be a bit precious, but it's part and parcel of making them better players."
