King backing more kids to follow O'Hara into Spurs first team

Tottenham captain Ledley King is delighted to see Jamie O'Hara keeping up the tradition of the club producing it's own.

King is in his tenth year at Spurs and told the club's website: "I can't speak for anyone else but being at a club for such a long time, of course you have that special feeling.

"You grow up watching the first team players and to become one is something I suppose not a lot of young players do, especially then staying at one club for such a long time. It's a special thing for me.

"The club has always produced players whether or not they've eventually moved on.

"Jamie O'Hara is the latest to come through the ranks and he's done superbly.

"There are plenty of quality players in the Academy at the moment and if they work hard, I'm sure they'll get their chance."
