New Celtic signing Chris Killen knows it's all about winning at Parkhead.
The New Zealand international striker told the Evening Times: "At some of the clubs I've been at in recent times, it has not been a massive problem. You win a game, you lose a game, you just get on and play.
"It's expected you will win week in week out, and that is not something I've been used to. But it's better to have that if you want to develop, which I do."
Killen also wants to start his medal haul after narrowly missing out last season due to his serious injury. He explained: "I didn't get one from Hibs when they won the CIS Insurance Cup because I was injured by the time they got to the final.
"I didn't expect a medal, and it would not have felt right if they had given me one because I didn't play in the final.
"But it was still a great occasion at Hampden and I felt part of it having played in the earlier rounds. I was disappointed to miss out on the big day, but that is behind me now. I aim to make up for that now I am with Celtic."
