Tottenham reserve stopper Cesar Sanchez insists he is ready to end Spurs goalkeeping crisis. With current number one Heurelho Gomes having a torrid time between the sticks the 37 year old is ready to fill the breach for boss Harry Redknapp.

"I am here as a solution for the coach," Cesar told Marca.

"Whether I play or not, I am not going to change; I will keep a smile on my face and be focused on my club duty. But, of course, I like to play."
