Kevin Keegan says Roberto Mancini made a brave decision to hook Manchester City star Robinho during their defeat at Everton on Saturday.
Mancini heaped the ultimate indignity on his Brazilian striker at Everton, when he hauled him off an hour into the game, after minutes earlier introducing him as a substitute for the injured Roque Santa Cruz.
As former City boss Keegan, who was commenting on the game for television, said afterwards, "That decision sends a message out and it as a brave thing to do, because Robinho will get on the bus back to Manchester and think 'I've got no future here'."
