Sunderland boss Roy Keane is weighing up whether to allow Graham Kavanagh to stay at Sheffield Wednesday.

"I've spoken to Brian Laws and he's looking for another month, I'll have a think about it over the next few days," he told Sunderland's official website.

"Kav's enjoyed it, he's had five or six games and most certainly it's helped his match fitness.

"It's a balancing act, I've got to decide what is best for us. They are delighted with him, he's gone down there and done what he and they had hoped for."
