Keane confident of Spurs climbing table

Robbie Keane is confident of helping Tottenham move up the table.

Keane is encouraged by the performance of the team in his second debut for the club, a goalless draw against rivals Arsenal.

"It's important that we push ourselves up the table, we're around the bottom where we don't want to be and we're too close so it's important to build on the Arsenal game," Keane said.

"That was a good performance and we deserved to win the game. It wasn't to be but we can build on the manner in which we played. If we can take that into Hull we'll have a chance.

"It's not going to be easy because Hull have had a fantastic first half of the season. Lately they've been struggling and we have to take advantage of that and concentrate on what we do.

"The spirit has been fine, similar to what I was used to. The lads want to do well and want to win."
