Sunderland boss Roy Keane admits Aston Villa are well ahead of them in the status stakes.

After defeat at Villa Park, Keane said: "Villa have good players, a great manager and a good staff. They're a big club with big ambitions. 'We're obviously behind them at the moment, but the signs are there, hopefully, that we can catch up with them in the next year or two. But that's a big 'if' at the moment."
