Tottenham striker Harry Kane says the club should back their academy talent.
Kane has scored three goals in the past three games for Spurs.
"It's great to see the young players at the club getting the chance. There's a great crop of youngsters coming through at the minute and when you see the likes of Bentaleb getting a chance it's great because then you know the rewards are there if you're impressing enough and working hard in training," he told talkSPORT.
